- Steam or fry fish or other seafood of your choice till cooked,
- Then, heat up a pan. Add in 1 packet of MY Chef Chef Asam Pedas Paste followed with a little water to cook.
- Lastly, spread evenly the cooked Asam Pedas Paste on top of fish or other seafood of your choice. Your Asam Pedas Seafood is ready to serve.
